Scotty Hao - Head Coach

Scotty Hao has been practicing martial arts for 19 years. A professional mixed martial artist, he competed across the islands and mainland, earning multiple amateur and professional titles along the way. Today, Scotty focuses on sharing his knowledge with the community, bringing passion and precision to every class.

He is dedicated to helping adults, teens, and keiki develop their skills in all arts, providing detailed instruction and hands-on guidance to ensure everyone grows with confidence and technique.

Lex Hao - Assistant Coach

Coach Lex has been coaching and practicing martial arts for 11 years, she is currently a brown belt in brazilian jiu jitsu. She primarily teaches our kids’ Jiu-Jitsu program, helping keiki build a strong foundation while also introducing advanced techniques to develop their skills for years to come.

In addition, Lex is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, bringing her expertise to our strength and conditioning program to help students of all ages improve performance, strength, and overall fitness.

At our academy, we are committed to giving every adult, teen, and keiki personalized instruction to grow their technique, confidence, and love for the arts.

Nevaeh Hao - Assistant Coach

Nevaeh Hao, the eldest daughter of Scotty and Lex Hao, is an accomplished competitor in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Jiu-Jitsu tournaments.

She also helps lead beginner classes in both Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu, sharing her experience and passion with students just starting their journey.

Naiyah Hao - Assistant Coach

Naiyah Hao, the youngest daughter of Scotty and Lex Hao, competes regularly in Jiu-Jitsu tournaments and has recently begun competing in Muay Thai.

She also assists with the younger keiki in the kids’ classes, sharing her skills and enthusiasm to help them grow.
