How Our Training Works
Smart, Structured Programming
Training cycles are planned in advance so you're not guessing. We progress volume and intensity in a way that builds you up instead of burning you out.
Conditioning & Work Capacity
Conditioning is targeted, not random. Expect interval work, circuits, and mixed-modal conditioning that improve your gas tank without wrecking your recovery.
Strength & Power Training
We use proven strength movements, power work, and simple progressions to help you lift well, move explosively, and stay in control—no ego lifting, just quality reps.
Injury-Resistant Training
We focus on technique, controlled progressions, and smart exercise choices to support sore backs, shoulders, and knees—not ignore them.
What to Expect in Class
Every session at The Process has a clear plan so you know exactly what you're working on and why. You'll be coached through each part of the workout with attention to form and pacing.
Warm-up & mobility: Dynamic warm-ups and joint prep to get your body ready and reduce injury risk.
Main strength work: Focused sets of key lifts like squats, hinges, presses, pulls, and power movements.
Accessory work: Targeted exercises for core, grip, stability, and problem areas that support your main lifts and martial arts.
Conditioning finisher: Short, efficient conditioning blocks to build cardio and toughness without overdoing it.
Coaching & form checks: Coaches watch your technique, offer adjustments, and help you find the right weights and progressions.
Results You Can Expect
With consistent training and smart coaching, you'll notice changes not just in the gym, but in how you feel and perform day to day—and on the mats.
Improved full-body strength and control in basic movements and athletic positions.
Better conditioning so you can roll, strike, and move longer without gassing out.
More daily energy, better focus, and fewer “beat up” days.
Stronger performance on the mats and in Muay Thai, with better power, balance, and grip.
Support for weight management through consistent training and increased work capacity.
Real confidence in the gym from knowing what you're doing and having a plan.
Common Questions
Do I need lifting experience to start?
No. Many of our members are new to structured strength training. We teach you how to move safely, start with manageable loads, and only progress when your technique is solid.
Will this help my BJJ or Muay Thai?
Yes. Sessions are built around what combat athletes need most: strength in grappling positions, rotational power, grip strength, balance, and conditioning that carries over to rounds and sparring.
How many days per week should I train?
Most people do best with 2–3 strength & conditioning sessions per week, especially if you're also training BJJ or Muay Thai. We'll help you find the right schedule for your goals and recovery.
Is this program okay if I have old injuries?
In most cases, yes. We'll ask about your history, adjust exercises, and scale range of motion or loading to respect your joints. If something doesn't feel right, we'll find a smarter option.
Do you offer modifications for different levels?
Absolutely. Beginners, experienced lifters, and competitive athletes can train in the same session with different variations, loads, and volumes. The goal is the right challenge for you, not to keep up with anyone else.
