August 2026- Mana Keiki Wrestling Tournament
A Great Day for The Process Wrestling Team
Our young wrestlers stepped onto the mat this weekend and showed what happens when hard work, courage, and consistency come together. We couldn’t be more proud of the way they competed, supported one another, and represented The Process Martial Arts Academy.
Tournaments aren’t just about wins and losses—they’re about putting your training to the test, learning from every match, and coming back ready to get better. Our kids did exactly that, and we’re excited to see where their hard work takes them next.
April 2026 – Prodigy Smoker
The Prodigy Smoker was an incredible day for our team and a powerful step forward for many of our athletes. Events like these are where training meets reality—where students test their skills, manage nerves, and grow in ways that can’t be replicated in the gym alone.
We had athletes stepping into competition for the very first time, alongside more experienced teammates continuing to sharpen their craft. From MMA rounds to kickboxing matchups, every performance reflected the hard work, discipline, and heart that defines our academy.
What made this event truly special wasn’t just the wins—it was the courage. Watching our athletes face fear, stay composed under pressure, and support one another showed exactly what we stand for as a team.
Smokers like Prodigy are a key part of the journey. They provide a safe, controlled environment to gain real experience, build confidence, and prepare for future competition.
We’re proud of every athlete who stepped up, and even more proud of the growth that came from it.
This is what the process looks like.

Ka'u Keiki Wrestling Tournament
Our team stepped onto the mat for our first-ever wrestling tournament at the Kaʻu Wrestling Tournament, marking an important milestone for our program. We brought a small group of four wrestlers, finishing the day with a strong 8–2 overall record.
While the results were something to be proud of, what stood out most was the way our athletes carried themselves throughout the event. Competing for the first time comes with nerves and uncertainty, but each wrestler stepped up, stayed composed, and gave their best effort in every match.
This tournament was about more than wins and losses—it was about growth, experience, and taking that first step into competition. The team supported one another, learned in real time, and represented our academy with focus and respect.
We’re proud of this group and excited to continue building our wrestling program. This was just the beginning.
